Holiday Recipe Series- Part V

Because I'm too tired from a three hour attempt at getting Eli to sleep tonight... Here's the easiest and yummiest snack for the holidays.

White Chocolate Popcorn

1 bag of microwaveable popcorn
1 1/2 squares of almond bark, chopped

1. Pop popcorn as directed in microwave and place in a large bowl.

2. Melt almond bark in a saucepan on low-medium heat till smooth, but be careful not to scorch.

3. Pour almond bark over popcorn and stir with a wooden spoon till coated. Spread evenly on wax paper or foil laid on the counter till dry and cool.
